How do I start doing business with DoD?

If you've never done business with Department of Defense (DoD), the first thing you need to do is get registered by going to the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) site.

Where do I find business opportunities on ProcNet?

Go to Business Opportunities in the left column solicitations, contract awards, bidders mailing lists, Commerce Business Daily Notices and more to get the latest informaton or to our Advanced Planning Information for Industry, Future Buys and Customer Base Breakout.

Where do I find subcontracting opportunities on ProcNet?

If you are looking for subcontracting opportunities, search our Bidders Mailing List or Contract Award Archives

How do I submit Bids, Proposals?
