Customer Survey

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Customer Survey given by the Center for Contracting and Commerce (PC3) at Picatinny Arsenal, Picatinny, New Jersey. This survey was developed in order to improve the quality of customer service, and is comprised of statements regarding various aspects of customer focus.

Our goal is to attain vendor feedback on our quality of customer service. There are no right or wrong answers. For each statement please rate each question listed by choosing an appropriate box. In responding please consider only your personal, direct experience with this particular procurement office.
